ORDER associated with Synthite Industries Ltd through Sammunathi Foundation- Channai & Shankara Build Pro Ltd support through Concern India Foundation for Renovation and construction of water bodies to improve water storage capacity, pond ecosystem, agriculture production and community livelihood those who depends on rain fed farming in resource poor area.

Veeranapura - Yallappana katte in Gundalpet taluk of Chamarajanagara district has been renovated completely by resection & shaping of feeder Nala, water storage area, main bund, outlet and bio diversity of pond/tank system. The water holding capacity of traditional tank/ pond and water bodies has increased by 40-50%. the run off water is being wasted has been stored, recharged to ground and helped in many ways to community and local environment.

5 traditional ponds, earthen bund/Go Katte are renovated under Concern India supported Bheemasandra watershed project in C.N Halli taluk of Tumkur district, it helped in improving water availability to crops, livestock and community along with improved ground water level in seasonal irrigated wells and bore wells.
